I always make this by taste so measurements are approximate. I usually buy a package of boneless skinless chicken breast and use the whole thing so the weight varies. I use enough mayonnaise to make it creamy and enough pickle juice to give it a sweet, tangy flavor. My kids love it.

  • 10 whole sweet pickles chopped
  • 1/2 jar mayonnaise approximately
