  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 2 cups soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
  • 10 drops tabasco sauce
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon hickory liquid smoke
  • 1/2 cup molassas- dark
  • 1 1/4 cups brown sugar-dark

Combine all ingredients. Slice 3 pounds London Broil or Brisket beef very thin. Place meat into large ziplock bag. Carefully pour marinade in. Squeese out all air and seal. Marinade for 24 hours. Place in dehydrator. Check and rotate every 6 hours. Should be done with in 24 hours. Keep jerky in a tightly sealed container or ziplock.
