As a mom, I am always looking to make breakfast healthier. One powerful yet simple way is to make your own orange juice and enhance it with even more natural foods . Store bought juices are often laden with sugar, preservatives, chemicals and artificial colors – making them not a healthy choice.
This Juice is easy to prepare and you don’t need a fancy orange press, only a blender.

100 gram oranges ((about one large orange peeled))
Cut oranges into pieces, make sure to remove all pits, add to blender
Add ginger, carrots and water to blender
Blend for about 30 seconds or until a smooth juice forms, enjoy immediately
