My cornbread recipe. I know everyone has like differnt ways but here's mine.

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 cup cornmeal

Put the oven to 400 degrees. Then oil the baking pans. You can use cake pans. That works. :-) Mix all the dry ingredients and then add the wet into it. Pour it into the pan and stick it in the oven for 30 minutes. let cool. It's okay to serve it right from the pan so you don't have to go to the trouble of dropping it out.
