1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup fresh or mango chunks
1 cup kale (i used baby kale)
1 teaspoon spirulina powder*
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 small-medium banana (peeled + sliced)
3/4 cup orange juice (preferably freshly squeezed)
Place the the ingredients, except for the hemp seeds, in a high powdered blender and blend until smooth and creamy. If you like your smoothies thin, add orange juice or coconut milk. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with hemp seeds. Enjoy!
