This is my favourite smoothie at the moment, it’s absolute perfect for summer as it’s so sweet and refreshing. I’ve been making it for breakfast after my workouts this week.

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder
  • 2 small peaches 
  • about 100gâ of frozen blueberriesâ
  • 150 ml of almond milk (or any other plant based milk)
  • 2 tablespoons of shelled hemp seeds 
  • 1 tablespoon of oats 
  • 1 teaspoon of almond butter or tahini
