  • 2 tangerines or mandarins peeled and sliced into segments
  • 1/2 cup cranberries dried
  • 3 tablespoons pepitas
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/8 easpoonfreshly ground black pepper
