  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 7 oz. chinese dry noodles or spaghetti
  • 1 cup scallion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

Boil noodles according to package directions. While noodles are cooking, heat a 12" skillet over medium-high heat and add butter. When it sizzles and bubbles, add the garlic. Cook for one minute until fragrant. Be careful not to burn garlic. Drain noodles and add to the pan. Add all other ingredients except scallion. Stir and toss to fully combine sauce ingredients with noodles and heat the sauce through. Garnish with scallion and eat!
