Special thank you to: Sandi Kafka Arcadia, CA For the lovely recipe. Refreshing, easy and rather healthy to boot. Add a bit of ginger ale at the end for a fizzling treat. An easier way to peel kiwi fruit is to slice a layer off one end and scoop out the flesh.

  • 1 kiwi fruit peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1/3 c mango chunks (i used canned)
  • 1/3 can juice syrup from canned mangoes
  • 1/3 c plain, full-fat yogurt
  • 1 tsp ground flax seeds
  • 4 small ice cubes (small enough for the magic bullet)
  • 1 sprig mint to garnish, optional
