Heat oil in a large dutch oven. Add onion and sauté until translucent (3-4 minutes). Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (2 mins). Next add in the tomatoes (can be substituted for canned, same measurement) and tomato paste, stir and allow it to sauté for another 3-4 minutes.Add broth, carrots and sea salt, stir, cover and let it simmer for 10 minutes.Lastly add in the kale and tortellini, cover, turn heat to low and let it simmer for 6-7 minutes.Serve hot
