1.5 cup sugar-free chocolate flavored dairy beverage*
3 tbsp natural peanut butter
2 tbsp whey protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
2 tbsp unsweetened baking cocoa
1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate flavored syrup, or to taste**
Combine all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.

**This is the thinner type of syrup used to flavor coffees (e.g. DaVinci, Torani), not the product like Hershey's or Nestle's makes.
