  • 4 oranges (i used 3 oranges and 1 pink grapefruit)
  • 1-2 tablespoons of honey (i used organic wildflower)
  • 2 tablespoons rose water (store bought or you can make your own
  • good pinch of ground cinnamon
  • seeds from 1 pomegranate
  • small handful of chopped pistachios
  • a few mint leaves for garnish

Slice off the top and bottom of your citrus fruit and place on cutting board. Carefully slice off the skin and pith, leaving as much flesh as possible and following the sides of the fruit to keep its shape. Slice the citrus horizontally into thin slices.Arrange on a platter, pouring any remaining juice over fruit.Drizzle with the honey and rose water, and sprinkle with the cinnamon. Scatter the pomegranate seeds and pistachios. Garnish with mint and serve.
