  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
  • 5-6 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup herbs (i used 3/4 cup basil and 1/4 cup mint)
  • 2-3 walnuts (optional)
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter (chunky or smooth)
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce (omit if you are vegetarian)
  • 1 teaspoon siracha
  • 4 teaspoon mustard (i used kasundi but you can use dijon)
  • 6 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Blend everything except the oil in a blender till smooth.Add the oil in a trickle and pulse a few times till mixed.Pulse everything together till smooth.Transfer the sauce to a pan and simmer on low heat for two minutes.Add more water to change the consistency to your liking.Add everything to a bowl and whisk till combined.Slowly add the oil while whisking continuously.Transfer each dressing into a jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
