  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • 2 pounds potatoes cubed (i used yukon golds)
  • 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes undrained
  • 11 oz. can of sweet corn drained
  • 15 oz. can beans (i used ranch style) undrained

Step 1: On the stove in a skillet brown and drain ground beef.Step 2: Spray non-stick cooking spray in the slow cooker. Add potatoes and sprinkle onion soup mix over the top. Layer ground beef on top.Step 3: Add can of diced tomatoes, corn, and beans. Add water and close lid.Step 4: Cook on low for about 6-7 hours until potatoes are tender.Step 5: Stir ingredients, and then add shredded cheese over the top. Close lid for 10 minutes to melt.
