BBQ Chicken Salad has a southwest flavor with a bit of thai influence, with the jalapeno option, cilantro, and onions. I created this salad after I had a thai chicken pizza with bbq sauce that rocked my world. I don't eat wheat products anymore, so this curbs my craving for all of these flavors!

Cooked the grilled chicken according to your preference, or use my recipe titled Grilled Chicken, that includes quickly grilling chicken and then cooking in the oven. Toss greens, cabbage, cilantro, peppers, and all other ingredients together in a large bowl. Feel free to add other fun items like sliced jalapenos for added heat and flavor. Once you've tossed, sliced chicken and top the salad. Drizzle BBQ sauce and Ranch over the top and serve!
