My dear friend gave me this recipe well over 10 years ago and I have lost count as to how many times I have made it, as well as passed the super easy recipe along. When I say easy, it’s almost embarrassingly easy! You can whip this up as a quick dinner or side dish and it makes a great potlock dish.

  • 1 roll ground breakfast sausage
  • 1/2 cup white rice (not instant)
  • 2 packs dry lipton chicken noodle soup mix

1.Cook sausage meat and drain. 2. Boil soup and rice in 4 cups of water for 7 minutes. 3. Mix sausage browned sausage into the soup rice mix. 4. Bake in a 9×13 (ish) pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
