Grate amla/ gooseberry using a grater. And if you are using food processor to grate amla, then deseed it first.Take ghee and heat it in a pan.Transfer the grated amla to th pan. Mix well. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes.Add 4 tsp sugar. Mix well. Sugar will make amla moist. Cook till the mixture becomes dry.Add ¼ tsp Cardamom powder, ¼ tsp black pepper and ¼ tsp black or rock salt. Mix well.Meethi amle ki chutney is ready. Store in a glass container and serve when required.
