  • 1 32 oz frozen tator tots
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 3 tbls parsley, for garnish
  • 1 green pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Fry bacon and set aside. Brown sausage and drain. Mix together sausage , cheese and Tator Tots. If you don't have enough Cheddar add in Mozzeralla. Spray 9 x 12 backing pan and spread out the Tator Tot mixture. ,don't forget the green pepper in here if you like. Whisk together milk, salt, pepper and onion powder. Taste and adjust to your liking, then whisk in eggs. Pour mixture over tots. Bake 50-60 minutes or until eggs set up. Garnish with bacon and green onion if you prefer. I cut this recipe in half to feed 4 and used a smaller casserole dish.
