  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons fermented salted black beans
  • 1 tbsp sherry dry
  • 3 tbsp peanut vegetable or corn oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon garlic chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon fresh ginger chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

Blend cornstarch with water and stir in, cook until thick. yeild 1 1/2 cups.
