  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 15oz cans chick peas (garbanzos) one drained, one undrained
  • 4 tablespoons raw sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

1. Place all ingredients in Vitamix container in order listed. 2. Secure lid. Select Variable speed #1. Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to #10. then to High. 3. Run machine for 1 minute or until smooth. If necessary, use the tamper to push the ingredients into the blades while processing. If desired, add roasted red peppers, sun dried tomatoes, spinach, extra garlic or other yummy extras to develop new flavors!
