Preheat oven to 450(F). Place all ingredients in a blender in order listed. Cover and blend on medium speed about 15 seconds, stopping blender to scrape sides if necessary. Blend just until smooth. Fill muffin cups about 1/2 full. Bake for 20 minutes. Reduce oven heat to 350(F) and bake 20 minutes longer, until deep golden brown. Remove from pan and serve immediately.
