Pineapple Punch
Pineapple Punch
I got this from the book "A Taste of Puerto Rico" ; however, it doesn't taste too "exotic"...it's simply a refreshing punch that tastes great on warm summer days!

Combine all of the ingredients in a pitcher. Serve well chilled. I like to give the punch a few hours to let the mint leaves steep.
